以某输油管线X65级HFW 焊管在某露天堆场存放一年后的腐蚀状况为研究对象,使用光学显微镜和扫描电镜等分析方法,对该管线钢管的腐蚀特点和腐蚀机理进行了研究。结果表明,试样表面锈蚀坑属于电化学腐蚀,并与材料堆放环境和时间有关,金属材料内部的夹杂物及周围组织的异常可能会成为锈蚀的起源点,引起钢材的腐蚀,最后对HFW焊管露天堆场的腐蚀问题提出了预防措施。

Taking the corrosion condition of HFW X65 welded pipe, which used for oil pipeline and stacked at open storage ground after one year, as an example, the corrosion characteristics and mechanism of the line pipe were researched by using the optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and other analysis methods. The results indicated the corrosion pits on sample surface belongs to electrochemical corrosion, and are related to materials stack environment and time. The inclusions inside material and abnormal surrounding structure may become the original point of corrosion, and cause steel corrosion. Finally, some prevention measures for HFW pipe open storage ground were put forward.
