通过对K65钢板和钢管的试制,进行了低温夏比冲击试验和落锤撕裂(DWTT)试验,测得K65直缝埋弧焊管的低温韧性。结果显示,本次试制的K65钢管具有较好的低温韧性,同时计算得出钢管母材横向剪切面积为50%时低温韧脆转变温度(FATT)为-37℃,并且从母材成分、轧制工艺、组织和焊接工艺等方面分析了试制K65直缝埋弧焊管获得较好低温韧性的原因。
通過對K65鋼闆和鋼管的試製,進行瞭低溫夏比遲擊試驗和落錘撕裂(DWTT)試驗,測得K65直縫埋弧銲管的低溫韌性。結果顯示,本次試製的K65鋼管具有較好的低溫韌性,同時計算得齣鋼管母材橫嚮剪切麵積為50%時低溫韌脆轉變溫度(FATT)為-37℃,併且從母材成分、軋製工藝、組織和銲接工藝等方麵分析瞭試製K65直縫埋弧銲管穫得較好低溫韌性的原因。
통과대K65강판화강관적시제,진행료저온하비충격시험화락추시렬(DWTT)시험,측득K65직봉매호한관적저온인성。결과현시,본차시제적K65강관구유교호적저온인성,동시계산득출강관모재횡향전절면적위50%시저온인취전변온도(FATT)위-37℃,병차종모재성분、알제공예、조직화한접공예등방면분석료시제K65직봉매호한관획득교호저온인성적원인。
Through trial-production for K65 grade steel plate and steel pipe, the Charpy impact energy test at low temperature and drop weight tear test (DWTT) test were conducted, the low temperature toughness value of K65 SAWL pipe was obtained. The results indicated that the trial-produce K65 steel pipe is with good low temperature toughness, it also calculated the fracture appearance transition temperature (FATT) is -37℃ when the transverse shear area of base metal is 50%. The reason of low temperature toughness of K65 SAWL pipe was analyzed from several aspects, including base metal composition, rolling process, microstructure, welding process etc.
