从研究焊缝工艺性出发,采用基于数理统计理论发展起来的均匀设计法建立数学模型,研究了高速埋弧焊烧结焊剂各组元之间的综合交互作用及其对焊缝工艺性的影响规律,得到了焊剂组成成分对焊缝工艺性影响规律的定量描述回归方程,从根本上提供了改善高速埋弧焊焊接工艺性的理论依据。结果表明: CaF2与ZrO2的交互作用对焊缝成形的影响为负相关,与CaO的交互作用对焊缝成形的影响则为正相关;当(MgO+CaO)/SiO2的比例不大于3时,可增强焊接熔池的脱硫能力,从而改善焊缝成形。

Starting from the study of weld process performance,it set up mathematical model which used the uniform design method based on the mathematical statistics theory,it also studied the comprehensive interactions among the components of high-speed submerged arc welding sintered flux,as well as its influence rule on weld seam,and received the regression equation of the above influence rule which could be quantitatively described,it provides a theoretical basis to improve high-speed submerged arc welding process. The results showed that the interaction between CaF2 and ZrO2 has negative correlation on weld formation,the interaction between CaF2 and CaO has positive correlation. When the ratio of (MgO+CaO)/SiO2 is not more than 3,it can enhance the desulfurization ability of the welding molten pool,thus to improve the weld formation.
