针对基于PLC及人机界面的自动螺钉装配机械手控制系统，主要论述了控制系统组成、软件设计及程序中关键点的实现。此系统可实现螺钉自动输送和装配，并具有装配过程的实时显示、监控和报警功能，从而提高生产效率和系统安全性。经测试系统定位准确、性能稳定、可靠性高。

This paper mainly discusses the control system composition,software design and the realization of the key points in the program.The system can realize automatic screw conveying and assembly,and assembly process of real-time display,monitor and alarm functions,and thus improve the production efficiency and system security system.
