建立了蒽酮比色法快速测定复合硅铝酸盐霉菌吸附剂中酵母多糖含量的方法。根据复合硅铝酸盐的组成特点,确定的微波消解条件为:先在碱性条件下,温度60℃、时间20 min;后在酸性条件下,温度80℃、时间5 min,温度100℃、时间5 min,温度120℃、时间90 min。蒽酮比色法的显色条件为:加入蒽酮试剂7 ml,沸水浴时间9 min,最大吸收波长为630 nm。结果表明:在甘露糖溶液质量浓度为0.04~0.24 mg/ml时,线性关系良好(R2=0.9981),相对标准偏差为0.15%,加标回收率为102%。

건립료은동비색법쾌속측정복합규려산염매균흡부제중효모다당함량적방법。근거복합규려산염적조성특점,학정적미파소해조건위:선재감성조건하,온도60℃、시간20 min;후재산성조건하,온도80℃、시간5 min,온도100℃、시간5 min,온도120℃、시간90 min。은동비색법적현색조건위:가입은동시제7 ml,비수욕시간9 min,최대흡수파장위630 nm。결과표명:재감로당용액질량농도위0.04~0.24 mg/ml시,선성관계량호(R2=0.9981),상대표준편차위0.15%,가표회수솔위102%。
The rapid method of anthrone colorimetry was built to determinate zymosan levels in the compound aluminum sili-cate mycotoxin adsorbent. Conditions of microwave digestion were identified below based on the characteristics of compound a-luminum silicate:first, 60℃for 20 min under alkaline conditions;and then, 80℃for 5 min, 100℃for 5 min, 120℃for 90 min under acidic conditions. Color conditions of anthrone colorimetry were determined as:7 ml of anthrone reagent addition, 9min for boiling, and 630nm length of the maximum absorption. Results show that the linear relationship is well within the range of mannose 0. 04~0. 24 mg/ml(R2=0. 997 1), 0. 15%of RSD, and the 102%of recovery rate.
