研究酵母培养物对蛋用鹌鹑产蛋性能及产蛋品质的影响。对照组饲喂基础日粮，低、中和高水平酵母培养物组在基础日粮的基础上分别添加0．1％、0．3％和0．5％酵母培养物。结果表明：中、高水平酵母培养物组能显著提高蛋鹌鹑的产蛋率、蛋壳强度和哈夫单位，显著降低蛋鹌鹑的料蛋比、次品蛋率和死淘率。说明酵母培养物能提高产蛋性能和一定程度的提高产蛋品质，酵母培养物的适宜添加水平为0．3％

연구효모배양물대단용암순산단성능급산단품질적영향。대조조사위기출일량，저、중화고수평효모배양물조재기출일량적기출상분별첨가0．1％、0．3％화0．5％효모배양물。결과표명：중、고수평효모배양물조능현저제고단암순적산단솔、단각강도화합부단위，현저강저단암순적료단비、차품단솔화사도솔。설명효모배양물능제고산단성능화일정정도적제고산단품질，효모배양물적괄의첨가수평위0．3％
Effects of Yeast Culture (YC)on laying performance and egg quality of laying quails were studied in this research.In this case,quails in control group were fed with basal diet.0.1%,0.3%,0.5%of YC were added into the basal diet of testgroups,labeling as low-,mid-and high-dose groups respectively.Results showed that a significant increase was found in thelaying rate,eggshell strength and haugh unit of the mid-and high-dose groups.While the feed-egg ratio,defective egg rate andmortality rate were sharply falling down.It indicates that the YC can improve the laying performance and egg quality.The optimaldosage is 0.3%.
