粮食干燥是能耗需求大、污染系数高的作业。生物质能源作为一种低碳环保的可再生能源,在粮食干燥中有巨大的应用潜力。在综合了国内外学者对生物质能源研究成果的基础上,阐述了生物质能源在粮食干燥中的应用现状,分析了其在粮食干燥中节能减排的前景,指出应充分发挥固体生物质燃料低成本、低污染特点,加强燃稻壳、秸秆热风炉的研究和生物质燃气红外辐射技术在粮食干燥领域的理论与应用研究,研发以沼气、稻壳煤气等丰富生物质燃气作为气源的中小型生物质燃气粮食干燥机,促进我国生物质能源在粮食干燥中的应用。
糧食榦燥是能耗需求大、汙染繫數高的作業。生物質能源作為一種低碳環保的可再生能源,在糧食榦燥中有巨大的應用潛力。在綜閤瞭國內外學者對生物質能源研究成果的基礎上,闡述瞭生物質能源在糧食榦燥中的應用現狀,分析瞭其在糧食榦燥中節能減排的前景,指齣應充分髮揮固體生物質燃料低成本、低汙染特點,加彊燃稻殼、秸稈熱風爐的研究和生物質燃氣紅外輻射技術在糧食榦燥領域的理論與應用研究,研髮以沼氣、稻殼煤氣等豐富生物質燃氣作為氣源的中小型生物質燃氣糧食榦燥機,促進我國生物質能源在糧食榦燥中的應用。

Graindryingisregardedasabigenergyconsumptionandhighlypollutedoperation.Asacarbongreenandrenew-ableresource,greatpotentialshavebeenfoundinthebiomassenergywhenitcomestograindrying.Basedonwhathavebeen achieved in this field both in China and beyond,current applications of biomass energy in grain drying was reviewed in this pa-per.In regard of energy saving and emission reduction,its role in the processing was analyzed at the same time.Suggestions of this study are listed as follows:Leveraging the strength of bio-fuels in cost-effectiveness and low-emission is needed;Resear-chesonrice-husk-burnedandstrawhotblaststroveareencouraged;TheoriesandapplicationsofIRtechnologiesofthebio-fuel in the grain drying are needed to be further strengthened;Small-and mid-sized grain dryer can be developed by using bio-fuels, such as methane,rice husk and gas.All these efforts will help to promote the application of the biomass energy in grain drying in China.
