目的：探讨个体化健康教育对控制农村老年高血压患者血压的效果。方法通过对居民建立健康档案，确定患有高血压的65周岁以上老年人群1302人，对他们进行个体化健康教育。结果农村老年高血压患者服药率、控制血压的达标率均明显提高。结论个体化健康教育可以提高农村老年高血压患者服药率，并能够有效控制老年患者的血压。
목적：탐토개체화건강교육대공제농촌노년고혈압환자혈압적효과。방법통과대거민건립건강당안，학정환유고혈압적65주세이상노년인군1302인，대타문진행개체화건강교육。결과농촌노년고혈압환자복약솔、공제혈압적체표솔균명현제고。결론개체화건강교육가이제고농촌노년고혈압환자복약솔，병능구유효공제노년환자적혈압。
Objective To investigate the effect of individualized health education on the rural elderly hypertensive pa-tients.Methods The health archives of inhabitants were set up and the 1302 hypertension elder patients whose ages are over 65, then indi-vidualize health education were used.Results The rates of the patients medication and control for hypertension were higher obviously. Conclusions Individualize health education can improve the rate of medication and effectively control the hypertension of the rural elderly hypertensive patients.
