设计针对渐开线“S”形凸轮加工的专用铣床。建立了凸轮铣削加工刀具中心的数学模型,提出了渐开线“S”形凸轮专用铣床总体结构设计方案,对机床关键部件夹具主轴箱进行设计,设计出专用机床的液压系统,并选择了合适的数控系统以及对凸轮轮廓表面加工进行编程流程设计。
設計針對漸開線“S”形凸輪加工的專用鐉床。建立瞭凸輪鐉削加工刀具中心的數學模型,提齣瞭漸開線“S”形凸輪專用鐉床總體結構設計方案,對機床關鍵部件夾具主軸箱進行設計,設計齣專用機床的液壓繫統,併選擇瞭閤適的數控繫統以及對凸輪輪廓錶麵加工進行編程流程設計。
설계침대점개선“S”형철륜가공적전용선상。건립료철륜선삭가공도구중심적수학모형,제출료점개선“S”형철륜전용선상총체결구설계방안,대궤상관건부건협구주축상진행설계,설계출전용궤상적액압계통,병선택료합괄적수공계통이급대철륜륜곽표면가공진행편정류정설계。
Processing special milling machine for involute “S” cam was designed. The mathematical model of the milling tool center was proposed. The overall structure of the special milling for involute“S” shaped cam was designed. The key part of the machine fixture headstock was designed, and a special machine hydraulic system was designed. Appropriate numerical control system was select?ed as well as the cam profile surface machining programming process was designed.
