The NC slow-fast speed variator was designed when the speed variation was big. Its structure and working principle were introduced. This device was driven by an AC servo motor,the high and low speed were controlled by two electromagnetic clut-ches. By this device,the working feed and fast forward transformation was realized when the speed variation (above 6 000 times) was big.
