配电网线损管理是供电企业运营管理的重要内容,对于提高企业的经济效益、节能减排具有重要意义。现有的配电网线损管理系统与企业其他系统互操作性差、流程容易割裂,最终形成孤岛,严重影响了线损管理的效率和效果。为此,文章设计了一个基于面向服务架构( Service-Oriented Architecture ,SOA)的线损管理系统。该系统具有多点、异步通信的特点,且在空间、时间和控制流上完全解耦,适合于线损管理这种信息交换频繁、动态性强的应用系统。基于SOA的线损管理系统,通用性强,易维护,可实现与其他系统的互操作,从而提高线损管理效率和管理水平。

Line loss management of distribution networks is an important part of the operation management in power supply enterprises,which will be of great importance in economical benefit improvement and energy conservation and emission reduction. Because of the poor interoperability with other systems and easily split workflow in the existing line loss management of distribution network,it is likely to form islands and seriously affects line loss management results. Aiming at these issues,a line loss management system based on Service-Oriented Architecture( SOA)will be de-signed in this paper. This system has the capability of the multipoint and asynchronous communication,and related workflows can be completely decoupled in space,time as well as control flow,so it is very suitable for line loss man-agement application system where information is exchanged frequently and dynamics is strong . The line loss manage-ment system based on SOA is more general,easy to be maintained and will achieve interoperability with other sys-tems. So,it can improve the efficiency and the level of line loss management.
