目的：探讨防止眼科视力测定时，通过遮眼板进行传染性疾病院内交叉感染的发生。方法设计了经环氧乙烷灭菌的医用一次性遮眼板应用于临床，设实验组和对照组两组。实验组视力测定2696人次，无交叉感染发生；而对照组视力测定2789人次，感染率为0.502%。结果经环氧乙烷灭菌的医用一次性遮眼板应用视力测定，无传染性疾病交叉感染的发生。实验组和对照组经统计学处理，P ＜0.01，有显著性差异。结论医用一次性遮眼板的设计是合理的，经临床应用效果满意，达到了预防院内感染的目的。建议申报卫生行政部门推广应用。

Objective To investigate how to prevent the cross-infection when examining eyes . Methods Disposable eye cover plates for medical use <br> are designed for clinical application for examining eyes of 2696 person-times. No cross-infection happened; The contrast group examining eyes of 2789 person-times, the infect percentage is 0.502%. Results No cross-infection was found after use one-off medical eye cover plate which disinfected by Ethylene oxide disinfectant. After analyse the statistics between the examination group and contrast group, P<0.01, the difference is obvious. Conclusion The design of one-off medical eye cover plate is logical, the effect is approved after clinical application, achieve the preventation of cross-infection in the objective. It's suggested to apply the certificate from the health administrative department for wide application.
