目的研究并分析急性脊柱创伤临床的诊断及切开减压椎弓根内固定治疗的效果。方法选取我院收治的42例脊柱创伤患<br> 者的临床及影像学资料进行回顾分析。结果患者术后骨折恢复情况较为满意，Frankcl 评分有明显改善。结论急性脊柱创伤采用切开减压椎弓根钉固定手术治疗，值得临床推广。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical diagnosis of acute spinal trauma and incision decompression pedicle internal fixation treatment effect. Methods To choose our hospital of 42 cases of spinal trauma patients have a review of the clinical and imaging data analysis. Results The patients obtained satisfactory postoperative fracture recovery,Frankcl ratings have improved significantly. Conclusion Acute spinal trauma by incision decompression pedicle screw fixation surgery,worth clinical promotion.
