目的：探讨急性肾小球肾炎的临床护理。方法对36例急进性能小球肾炎患者临床护理进行分析。结果所有急进性肾小球肾炎患者均获得满意效果。结论通过临床治疗及护理工作，使患者保护残余肾功能，防治急性肾功能衰竭。维持体液平衡，水肿消失，血压恢复正常。预防感染，保持皮肤完整性，无破溃、受损。配合治疗护理，树立战胜疾病的信心。
목적：탐토급성신소구신염적림상호리。방법대36례급진성능소구신염환자림상호리진행분석。결과소유급진성신소구신염환자균획득만의효과。결론통과림상치료급호리공작，사환자보호잔여신공능，방치급성신공능쇠갈。유지체액평형，수종소실，혈압회복정상。예방감염，보지피부완정성，무파궤、수손。배합치료호리，수립전성질병적신심。
Objective To investigate the clinical nursing of acute glomerulonephritis. Methods To analysis the 36 cases of rapidly acute glomerulonephritis patients nursing. Results All the patients with rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis obtained satisfactory results. Conclusion By clinical treatment and nursing,to protect the patients residual renal function,prevention of acute renal failure. Maintain fluid balance,edema disappeared,blood pressure returned to normal. To prevent infection,maintain skin integrity,no ulceration,damage. By treatment and nursing,the patients established the confidence to overcome the disease.
