目的：对小儿腹腔镜疝手术的手术配合和护理措施进行观察分析。方法选取我院2011年5月～2013年5月收治的40例腹腔镜疝修补术患儿作为研究对象，对所有患儿给予手术配合护理，观察护理效果。结果所有患儿经手术配合护理后，手术均顺利进行，无一例患者发生不良反应，痊愈后出院。结论对腹腔镜疝手术患儿给予手术配合护理，能够保障手术的顺利进行，提高手术成功率，增强手术治疗效果。
목적：대소인복강경산수술적수술배합화호리조시진행관찰분석。방법선취아원2011년5월～2013년5월수치적40례복강경산수보술환인작위연구대상，대소유환인급여수술배합호리，관찰호리효과。결과소유환인경수술배합호리후，수술균순리진행，무일례환자발생불량반응，전유후출원。결론대복강경산수술환인급여수술배합호리，능구보장수술적순리진행，제고수술성공솔，증강수술치료효과。
Objective Were observed and analyzed the operation cooperation and nursing measures of pediatric laparoscopic hernia operation. Methods In our hospital in 2012 May ~ 2013 year in May 40 cases of laparoscopic hernia repair in children as the research object, with the given nursing operation in all patients,nursing observation. Results All the patients after operation with nursing after operation,were successful,no cases of adverse reactions occur,recovered and was discharged. Conclusion Nursing operation on children with laparoscopic hernia operation,to ensure smooth operation,improve the success rate of operation,enhance the effect of operation treatment.
