以聚醚砜(PES)中空纤维超滤膜为基膜,采用界面聚合法制备聚哌嗪酰胺中空纤维复合纳滤膜.其最佳工艺条件为哌嗪(PIP)1.5%(质量分数),均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)0.2%(质量分数),聚合时间30 s,热处理条件80℃/20 min.在0.3 MPa、25℃条件下,该纳滤膜的纯水通量33.6 L/m2 h,对1000 mg/L MgSO4溶液的截留率为85%.作为添加剂的醇,其羟基数及含量不同,对膜性能的影响也不同,可以通过这些因素的调控来提高膜的截留性能.

By using a hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane, PES (polyethersulfone ) as the substrate, a polypiperazine-amide hollow fiber composite nanofiltration membrane was prepared through the interfacial poly-merization of PIP (piperazine)and TMC (1,3,5-benzenetricarbonyl trichloride).The optimum preparation con-ditions were:PIP 1.5wt%,TMC 0.2wt%,polymerization time 30 seconds,heat treatment 80 ℃/20 min.Un-der the condition of 0.3 MPa and 25 ℃,it is found that the pure water flux reached 33.6 L/m2 h,and the rejec-tion to 1 000 mg/L MgSO4 reached 85%.The additive alcohols showed a varying influence on the performance of the composite NF membrane by changing the hydroxyl number and the alcohol contents,which provide a tool to adj ust the rej ection of the polypiperazine-amide NF membrane.
