乌东德水电站河谷窄、岸坡陡、坝高体薄,若采用常规有盖重坝基固结灌浆施工,将与大坝混凝土浇筑和岸坡接触灌浆之间存在显著的施工矛盾。为探索适合乌东德水电站坝基固结灌浆的实施方式,针对坝基Ⅱ、Ⅲ1级岩体,分别进行了“裸岩全孔无盖重”和“裸岩全孔无盖重+浅表层引管有盖重复灌”两种灌浆方式的现场试验。结果表明,坝基采用裸岩无盖重固结灌浆总体是可行的,但在Ⅱ级岩体中的局部层面溶蚀及裂隙发育部位需适当加密灌浆孔,Ⅲ1级岩体中的浅表层需引管复灌。
烏東德水電站河穀窄、岸坡陡、壩高體薄,若採用常規有蓋重壩基固結灌漿施工,將與大壩混凝土澆築和岸坡接觸灌漿之間存在顯著的施工矛盾。為探索適閤烏東德水電站壩基固結灌漿的實施方式,針對壩基Ⅱ、Ⅲ1級巖體,分彆進行瞭“裸巖全孔無蓋重”和“裸巖全孔無蓋重+淺錶層引管有蓋重複灌”兩種灌漿方式的現場試驗。結果錶明,壩基採用裸巖無蓋重固結灌漿總體是可行的,但在Ⅱ級巖體中的跼部層麵溶蝕及裂隙髮育部位需適噹加密灌漿孔,Ⅲ1級巖體中的淺錶層需引管複灌。
오동덕수전참하곡착、안파두、패고체박,약채용상규유개중패기고결관장시공,장여대패혼응토요축화안파접촉관장지간존재현저적시공모순。위탐색괄합오동덕수전참패기고결관장적실시방식,침대패기Ⅱ、Ⅲ1급암체,분별진행료“라암전공무개중”화“라암전공무개중+천표층인관유개중복관”량충관장방식적현장시험。결과표명,패기채용라암무개중고결관장총체시가행적,단재Ⅱ급암체중적국부층면용식급렬극발육부위수괄당가밀관장공,Ⅲ1급암체중적천표층수인관복관。
Wudongde Hydropower Station is located in narrow valley area with steep bank slope and high-thin dam body. Conventional consolidation grouting with cover weight could not be well conducted due to its several interferences with concrete placement and the contact grouting for dam body. Therefore two kinds of field grouting, namely"direct consolidation grouting on bedrock without cover weight" and "consolidation grouting on bedrock without cover weight plus pipe-guiding grouting for sur-face layer with cover weight" were carried out for Ⅱ and Ⅲ1 rock mass. The test results show that it is feasible to apply non-cover-weight consolidation grouting for the dam foundation. However local zones with geological defects in Ⅱ level rock mass shall be grouted with closer space and the surface layer of gradeⅢrock mass should be treated with supplementary pipe-guiding grouting.
