对比建筑业与生态学的组织群体,划分建筑业组织层级,提出工程项目交错区及其边缘效应的概念。与生态系统中群落交错区类似,项目交错区边缘效应表现为集肤、加成、协同等作用。提出建立共生平台的建议,与项目交错区边缘效应共同作用,以改善建筑群落中组织间的关系,从而促进项目顺利实施、行业健康发展。

The paper compares the construction industry organization with ecology group,carries on the division to the or-ganizational level,and puts forward the concept of project ecotone and the edge effect.Similar to the ecotone in ecological system,the edge effects of project ecotone are presented in the form of skin,additive,synergistic action.The paper sug-gests that symbiotic platform should be established to co-work with the edge effect of project ecotone,so as to improve the relationship between organizations construction communities and contribute to the smooth implementation of the project,the healthy development of the industry.
