为了研究国际工程项目跨文化风险的影响机理，从跨文化的视角，在已有的研究基础上总结出我国承包商在对外承包工程项目过程中面临的跨文化风险因子，并对其表现形式及影响因素进行分析。基于苏丹共和国水利水电工程承包项目实例建立国际工程项目跨文化风险评估模型，将四维模糊数引入到该评估模型的求解过程中，增加了评估的准确性，并针对性地提出应对建议。

In order to study the influential mechanism between the cross-cultural risk and the international engineering contracting projects,the paper concludes the cross-cultural risk factors that contractors should consider in the process of contracting international engineering project,and analyzes the forms and influences of the cross-cultural risk factors that our contractors may encounter in the process of contracting international engineering project based on the cross-cultural perspective and the existing research. The paper builds up a cross-cultural risk assessment model based on the instance of the water resources and hydropower engineering contracting project in the republic of Sudan. Aiming at increasing the accu-racy of the assessment,the paper brings the four-dimensional fuzzy number into the process of solving the model,and puts forward the coping suggestion according to the evaluating results.
