结合知名绿色建筑评价体系与建筑工程特点构建建筑工程绿色施工评价指标。提出基于改进的Vague相似汇总法的建筑工程绿色施工评价模型,运用层次分析法对因素权重赋值,根据权重和相应Vague值确定各专家的二级指标Vague值;评价模型对专家权重进行改进,确定专家权重时考虑专家主观权重和专家的评价意见及评价矩阵的一致性;利用二级指标Vague 值和专家权重集结出项目一级指标专家汇总 Vague 值,最后利用Vague集计分函数来确定各指标的重要性,同时根据得分和专家评价意见的集结得出工程绿色施工等级。模型克服了AHP定权的主观性和传统模糊集易损失中间值的不足,最后以实例验证了模型的可行性。

Combined with the famous green building assessment system and the characteristics of building engineering,the index of green construction evaluation is established. The model of the assessment of green construction of building engi-neering based on improved vague similarity aggregation method is put forward,which determines weight of factor indexes by using of the AHP method. The vague value of the two level index of each expert is determined according to the weight of the factor indexes and the corresponding vague value. The weight of expert is improved;Each expert gets his final weight ac-cording to subjective weight,evaluation and the consistency of his judgment matrix;the experts summary vague values of one class index are built up by use of secondary grade index vague value and each expert weight. Finally,the importance of green construction indexes is set up according to the scoring function of vague set;meanwhile,the green construction level is obtained by use of the gathering evaluation opinion of experts and the score. The improved vague similarity aggregation method overcomes the problem which determines weight subjective with AHP and loss of the intermediate values of tradition-al fuzzy set. Finally,an example is analyzed to verify the feasibility of the established model.
