The effectiveness of teaching in class is the essential character of curriculum reform.The traditional teacher-centered teaching mode of injection is still dominant in the teaching of Fundamentals of Law and Morals & Ethics Cultivation in higher education academy, which pays more attention to teaching efficiency than despises outcome of learning. Upon this,it results in invalidity or inefficiency of the teaching, greatly impede realization of fundamental goal of ideological and moral education. According to research and practice,it shows that the proper application of case teaching method was an effective approach to improving the moral and ethics teaching.
