The effective creation of teaching situations is helpful to stimulate students' learning interest and curiosity, which is convenient for students to carry out reorgani-zation and transformation of knowledge. The creation of success-ful teaching situations has become a beautiful landscape in class-room teaching, but teaching situations are sometimes abused. Research on how create effective teaching situations can help teachers to create efficient information technology teaching.
