以高炉炼铁专家知识为依托,以VB和MATLAB软件为平台,以Microsoft Access数据库为工具,构建了高炉炉料结构优化模型。此模型不仅能计算得到适合炼铁工艺的最优吨铁配比,而且可以根据最优配比计算出生铁产量、燃料用量、熔剂用量、渣量及炉渣成分等生产所需数据。
以高爐煉鐵專傢知識為依託,以VB和MATLAB軟件為平檯,以Microsoft Access數據庫為工具,構建瞭高爐爐料結構優化模型。此模型不僅能計算得到適閤煉鐵工藝的最優噸鐵配比,而且可以根據最優配比計算齣生鐵產量、燃料用量、鎔劑用量、渣量及爐渣成分等生產所需數據。

The optimization model of blast furnace burden structure which is tooled for Microsoft Acces da-tabase is based on blast furnace ironmaking expertise and it used VB and MATLAB software as the plat-form.This model can not only calculate The optimal ratio of tons which is suitable for ironmaking process, and can be calculated according to the optimal ratio of pig iron production,fuel consumption,volume of solvent,amount of slag and slag composition for production.
