采用化学镀的方法在45#碳钢试样表面制备了四硼酸钠(硼砂)促进 Ni-P 沉积的非晶镀层.利用扫描电子显微镜和 X 射线观察及分析了镀层的表面形貌与表面结构,研究了四硼酸钠的浓度对非晶镀层的表面形貌、沉积速率、P 含量、孔隙率以及耐蚀性能的影响.结果表明,添加一定量的四硼酸钠能使镀层晶粒更加细化,分布更为均匀,镀层的沉积速率有很大的提高.随着四硼酸钠含量的增加,沉积速率逐渐升高,而镀层中的磷含量逐渐降低.当四硼酸钠的含量超过2.5 g/L时,镀液的稳定性会大大的降低;镀速达到最大值21.35μm/h;磷含量最低为14.3%.四硼酸钠的加入对镀层的耐蚀性影响不大,但可以提高沉积速率从而提高镀层的使用周期,具有很好的经济效益和使用价值.

Sodium tetra borate (borax)promoted Ni-P amorphous coating were prepared on the 45# carbon steels specimens by electroless deposition.The surface morphology and structure of the coatings were analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM)and X-ray diffraction,and the deposition rates,the element of P content, porosity in the coating and the fouling rates of the composite coatings were investigated.The results indicate that added significantly sodium tetra borate into the bath increased density of coating and deposition rates.With the increasing Sodium tetra borate content,the deposition rates has a rising trend,gradually the trend of P con-tent reduce.When the content of sodium tetra borate is larger than 2.5 g/L solution of stability will be greatly reduced.The content of sodium tetra borate was 2.5 g/L plating speed to a maximum of 21.35μm/h,and the content of P was 14.3%.The addition of Sodium tetra borate has little effect on the corrosion resistance of the coating.In contrast,the increasing of planting speed that can improve the cycle of coating makes better econom-ic efficient and using value.
