目的::评价去白细胞成分输血在老年肿瘤患者输血治疗的效果。方法:128例输注去白细胞悬浮红细胞老年肿瘤患者设为去白组,59例输注悬浮红细胞老年肿瘤患者设为悬红组,并以同期32例未输血老年肿瘤患者为对照组,比较三组治疗效果。结果:去白组输血反应发生率5.47%,悬红组为16.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),去白组输血反应发生率较低;三组术后感染情况:去白组感染率9.4%,悬红组感染率33.9%,对照组感染率21.9%,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05),平均术后伤口愈合时间去白组与对照组差异无统计学意义( P>0.05),两组与悬红组比较差异,均有统计学意义( P<0.05),平均术后伤口愈合时间悬红组较长。结论:在老年肿瘤患者中去白细胞成分输血对减少输血反应、术后感染,增强患者体质耐受,提高输血疗效均有显著疗效,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective:To evaluate the removal of leukocytes component transfusion in elderly patients with transfusion therapy cancer treatment. Method: 128 cases of elderly cancer patients with transfusion of leukocyte-depleted blood was set to leukocyte-depleted group, 59 cases of transfusion of packed red blood cell suspension was concentrated in elderly patients with cancer set red group, and 32 cases of elderly pa-tients with cancer as the control group blood transfusion, comparison of three treatment groups. Result:The incidence of transfusion reactions in leukocyte-depleted group was 5.47%, concentrated red group was 16. 95%, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05) , lower leukocyte transfusion reaction rate group;three postoperative infection:Infection leukocyte group rate of 9.4 percent, concentrated red group infection rate of 33.9%, 21.9% infection rate in the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0. 05) , the average time to wound healing leukocyte group and control group showed no significant difference ( P> 0.05) , and concentrated red group differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05) , mean postoper-ative wound healing time is longer concentrated red group. Conclusion: leukocyte-depleted blood transfu-sions to reduce transfusion reactions, postoperative infection, enhance physical well tolerated in patients and improve the efficacy of blood transfusions have a significant effect, it is worth the clinical application.
