目的：：评价羟基磷灰石涂层假体行全髋置换术的中期随访结果。方法：回顾性分析32例(35髋)接受用羟基磷灰石涂层假体行全髋置换术的患者，定期随访拍摄骨盆平片及患髋正侧位片进行影像学评估及髋关节功能检查。结果：本组均获得随访5年以上，终末随访髋关节Harris评分平均92.5分，术后X线片1年内出现股骨柄假体下沉(均<2mm)者5髋。所有股骨侧假体术后1年内复查在Gruen2区、6区上段出现典型的骨锚固征，终末随访股骨柄假体未出现骨溶解及假体松动表现。术后X线片髋臼初始固定良好，终末随访5例髋臼假体出现假体周围骨溶解伴松动，并行髋关节翻修术。结论：羟基磷灰石涂层股骨柄假体中期未出现骨溶解、假体松动表现。但髋臼假体出现多例假体周围骨溶解导致假体松动，中远期疗效需要进一步探讨与研究。
목적：：평개간기린회석도층가체행전관치환술적중기수방결과。방법：회고성분석32례(35관)접수용간기린회석도층가체행전관치환술적환자，정기수방박섭골분평편급환관정측위편진행영상학평고급관관절공능검사。결과：본조균획득수방5년이상，종말수방관관절Harris평분평균92.5분，술후X선편1년내출현고골병가체하침(균<2mm)자5관。소유고골측가체술후1년내복사재Gruen2구、6구상단출현전형적골묘고정，종말수방고골병가체미출현골용해급가체송동표현。술후X선편관구초시고정량호，종말수방5례관구가체출현가체주위골용해반송동，병행관관절번수술。결론：간기린회석도층고골병가체중기미출현골용해、가체송동표현。단관구가체출현다례가체주위골용해도치가체송동，중원기료효수요진일보탐토여연구。
Objective: To evaluate the Mid-term clinical observation of total hip arthroplasty with hydroxyapatite-coated prosthesis. Method: 32 cases treated by total hip arthroplasty with hydroxyapatite-coated prosthesis were investigated retrospectively. Radiographic datas were reviewed to the standard antero-posterior and lateral of the pelvic radiographs. Result: Among the 35 hips, the average follow-up was 6. 9 years. At the latest follow-up, the mean Harris hip score was 92 points. By the measure of X-ray, 5 stems had less than 2mm of subsidence within the first year follow-up. The remaining stems had no subsidence. Ra-diographic evaluation demonstrated all stems get bone ingrowths fixation with evidence of spot welds around Gruen zone 2 and 6 at 1 year postoperatively. No femoral stem had osteolysis or loosening. While 5 acetabular cups showed some osteolysis and loosening, and finally undertaken hip revisions. Conclusion:The results of mid-term clinical observation of hydroxyapatite-coated femoral stem in total hip arthroplasty were approving. However, hydroxyapatite-coated acetabular cup showed disapproving results with some osteolysis and loose-ning in Mid-term follow-up.
