目的:研究分析高血压患者全麻诱导期间应用右美托咪啶对血流动力学稳定性的影响。方法:选取在本院治疗的高血压患者60例,将患者随机分成两组,每组30例患者。实验组患者在全麻诱导期间采用右美托咪啶进行诱导,对照组患者在全麻诱导期间采用生理盐水进行诱导,比较两组患者在诱导前后的心率、收缩压及舒张压的变化。结果:诱导后,实验组患者在不同阶段的心率、收缩压、舒张压明显优于对照组患者,有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者需要其他药物处理率(13.32%)与对照组患者需要其他药物处理率(19.99%)无显著差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于高血压患者在全麻诱导期间采用右美托咪啶可以有效的减少患者在气管插管过程中的心血管反应,在临床上值得更深入的研究探讨。

목적:연구분석고혈압환자전마유도기간응용우미탁미정대혈류동역학은정성적영향。방법:선취재본원치료적고혈압환자60례,장환자수궤분성량조,매조30례환자。실험조환자재전마유도기간채용우미탁미정진행유도,대조조환자재전마유도기간채용생리염수진행유도,비교량조환자재유도전후적심솔、수축압급서장압적변화。결과:유도후,실험조환자재불동계단적심솔、수축압、서장압명현우우대조조환자,유통계학의의(P<0.05);실험조환자수요기타약물처리솔(13.32%)여대조조환자수요기타약물처리솔(19.99%)무현저차이,무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론:대우고혈압환자재전마유도기간채용우미탁미정가이유효적감소환자재기관삽관과정중적심혈관반응,재림상상치득경심입적연구탐토。
Objective:To study the effect of dexmedetomidine in anesthesia induction hypertensive pa-tients on hemodynamic stability. Method:60 cases of hypertensive patients treated in our hospital, were ran-domly divided into two groups, 30 patients in each group. The experimental group patients were induced un-der general anesthesia during induction with dexmedetomidine, patients in the control group with normal sa-line induced during induction in general anesthesia, compared the patients in two groups before and after the induction of heart rate, systolic and diastolic blood pressure change. Result: After induction, heart rate, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure of the patients in the experimental group in different stages was signifi-cantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05); The experimental group patients with other drug treatment rate (13.32%) and the control group patients with other drug treatment rate (19.99%) had no sig-nificant difference ( P>0.05) . Conclusion:For patients with hypertension in the induction of general anes-thesia during the use of dexmedetomidine can effectively reduce the cardiovascular response to tracheal intu-bation in patients in the process, is worth exploring further research in clinical.
