目的：：探讨普拉洛芬滴眼液应用于控制白内障术后炎症的临床价值。方法：将纳入研究的患者随机分成实验组和对照组各87例(100只眼)，实验组采用普拉洛芬和氟米龙滴眼液治疗，对照组采用氟米龙滴眼液治疗。比较两组的眼部症状体征积分、前房闪辉计数及黄斑中心凹厚度的变化情况。结果：实验组的术后7d、15d、30d的眼部症状体征总积分均低于对照组( P<0.05)；实验组的术后7d、15d、30d的前房闪辉计数均低于对照组( P<0.05)；实验组术后15d、30d的黄斑中心凹厚度明显小于对照组( P<0.05)。结论：普拉洛芬滴眼液能控制白内障术后炎症，减轻眼血-房水屏障破坏，降低黄斑囊样水肿发生。
목적：：탐토보랍락분적안액응용우공제백내장술후염증적림상개치。방법：장납입연구적환자수궤분성실험조화대조조각87례(100지안)，실험조채용보랍락분화불미룡적안액치료，대조조채용불미룡적안액치료。비교량조적안부증상체정적분、전방섬휘계수급황반중심요후도적변화정황。결과：실험조적술후7d、15d、30d적안부증상체정총적분균저우대조조( P<0.05)；실험조적술후7d、15d、30d적전방섬휘계수균저우대조조( P<0.05)；실험조술후15d、30d적황반중심요후도명현소우대조조( P<0.05)。결론：보랍락분적안액능공제백내장술후염증，감경안혈-방수병장파배，강저황반낭양수종발생。
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of pranoprofen eye drops in the treatment of pa-tients after cataract surgery. Method:174 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group 87 cases (100 eyes) and treatment group 87 cases (100 eyes). The control group was given fluoro-metholone eye drops, and the treatment group was also given pranoprofen eye drops. The changes of ocular symptoms and signs, the anterior chamber flare and foveal thickness in 2 groups were observed and com-pared. Result:The scores of ocular symptoms and signs postoperative 7 days,15 days,30 days in the treat-ment group were significantly lower than the control group( P<0.05); the number of anterior chamber flare postoperative 7 days,15 days,30 days in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group ( P<0.05);the foveal thickness postoperative 15 days,30 days in the treatment group were significantly less than the control group( P<0.05) . Conclusion:The pranoprofen eye drops can control the inflammation after cataract surgery, relieve the ocular blood-aqueous barrier damage and reduce cystoid macular edema.
