高职院校应该根据中外合作办学的特点，以及中外合作办学教师队伍的特点，选择合适的方法和方式加强中外合作办学师资队伍的建设，促进师资在中外合作办学中起到的重要作用，引导中外合作办学的快速发展。本文以江苏经贸职业技术学院为例，阐述中外合作办学师资团队建设存在的问题，并给出解决的措施。

Higher vocational colleges should choose the appropriate ways and means to strengthen the Sino-foreign cooperative education faculty construction and play the important role of teachers in Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools based on the characteristics of Sino-foreign cooperation in running school and the characteristics of faculty, so as to guide the rapid development of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools. Taking Jiangsu Institute of Commerce for example, this paper describes the problems in the faculty construction and gives the measures.
