目的::探讨高强度跑台运动对对大鼠尿液中CTX-II表达的影响。方法:将24只雄性SD大鼠随机分为安静对照组和高强度运动组,每组12只。高强度运动组进行六周高强度跑台运动后,取各组大鼠膝关节股骨内侧髁软骨及滑膜组织, HE 染色观察其组织变化,应用酶联免疫吸附法( ELISA)检测大鼠尿液中CTX-II的表达。结果:HE 染色显示高强度运动组大鼠膝关节出现关节软骨损伤和滑膜炎表现,尿液中CTX-II的表达显著高于安静对照组( P<0.01)。结论:高强度运动可导致关节软骨损伤、滑膜炎症。检测尿液中CTX-Ⅱ的表达可以作为早期诊断关节软骨损伤的手段。

목적::탐토고강도포태운동대대대서뇨액중CTX-II표체적영향。방법:장24지웅성SD대서수궤분위안정대조조화고강도운동조,매조12지。고강도운동조진행륙주고강도포태운동후,취각조대서슬관절고골내측과연골급활막조직, HE 염색관찰기조직변화,응용매련면역흡부법( ELISA)검측대서뇨액중CTX-II적표체。결과:HE 염색현시고강도운동조대서슬관절출현관절연골손상화활막염표현,뇨액중CTX-II적표체현저고우안정대조조( P<0.01)。결론:고강도운동가도치관절연골손상、활막염증。검측뇨액중CTX-Ⅱ적표체가이작위조기진단관절연골손상적수단。
Objective:To study the change of the expression of CTX-II( C terminal propep-tide of col-lagen type Ⅱ) in urinary of rats caused by the effect of high intensity exercise. Method:24 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into control group and high intensity group . The histological changes of cartilage from the lesion areas of medial femoral condyle and synovium of knee joint was examined by HE stain in two groups after the rats run for 6 weeks , the enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA) was performed to measure the expression of CTX-II in urinary. Result: HE stain revealed that the aticular cartilage of knee joint showed injury and synovium showed synovitis in high intensity group , The expression of CTX-II in rats’ urinary in high intensity group was significantly higher than that in rats’ urinary in control group( P <0.01) . Conclusion:High intensity exercise could cause caticular injury and synovitis. CTX-II is a truly use-ful biomarker for early diagnosis in aticular cartilage injury.
