目的::探讨血清hs-CRP、同型半胱氨酸( Hcy)及胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C( Cys C)水平检测在急性脑梗死患者中临床价值。方法:选取本院收治的142例急性脑梗死患者作为研究组,另选取同期进行体检的健康者138例为对照组。采用循环酶法测定Hcy,采用免疫透射比浊法测定hs-CRP与Cys C水平。结果:急性脑梗死患者hs-CRP 为(11.92±7.19)mg/L,健康受检者hs-CRP 为(5.15±2.23) mg/L,两组相比,研究组hs-CRP 水平明显高于对照组( P<0.05)。同时,两组Hcy与Cys C水平比较,差异也有统计学意义( P<0.05)。此外,急性脑梗死患者随着梗死面积的增加与神经功能缺损程度的加重,hs-CRP、Hcy与Cys C水平均有显著性升高,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论:血清 hs-CRP、同型半胱氨酸及胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C水平的检测对于急性脑梗死的预防和诊断具有重要的临床指导价值。

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of serum hs-CRP , Hcy and Cys C level in pa-tients with acute cerebral infarction. Method:142 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital were selected as the research group, and 138 healthy cases in the same period were selected as control group. The Hcy level was detected by circle enzymatic determination, while the hs-CRP and Cys C level were analyzed by immune transmission turbidimetry. Result:The level of hs-CRP with acute cerebral infarction was (11.92 ±7.19)mg/L, while the health group was (5.15 ±2.23)mg/L .Therefore, the hs -CRP levels were significantly higher than the control group ( P < 0.05) . At the same time, the level of Hcy and Cys C had statistical significance between the two groups (P<0.05). In addition, the hs-CRP, Hcy and Cys C level were significantly higher with the increase of infarction area and the aggravating degree of neural function (P <0.05). Conclusion:The levels of hs-CRP, Hcy and Cys C in patients with acute cerebral in-farction were closely associated with illness and recovery, It's important to prevent the occurrence and assess the prognosis of acute cerebral infarction.
