在研究装备全寿命周期费用管理的基础上，提出了面向装备设计的装备成本控制方法。该方法要求在装备设计阶段将装备费用作为一项重要的设计参数，进行综合设计优化，并在后续的寿命周期中实现有效管控，以达到加强装备成本控制、提高经济效益的目的。
재연구장비전수명주기비용관리적기출상，제출료면향장비설계적장비성본공제방법。해방법요구재장비설계계단장장비비용작위일항중요적설계삼수，진행종합설계우화，병재후속적수명주기중실현유효관공，이체도가강장비성본공제、제고경제효익적목적。
Based on the study of equipment's life cycle cost management, an equipment cost control method regarding to designing was proposed in this paper. Through this method the cost of equipment would be taken as an important parameter during the designing stage when designing and optimizing, after that it would be effectively managed during the following stage, so as to reinforce the equipment cost control and promote economic benefit.
