The operating personnel of one 500kV transformer substation found that background voltage instructions of 500kV line was Uab529.26kV, Ubc525.94kV, Uca525.96kV, which showed that the Uab voltage was significantly higher. Then the secondary single-phase measurement of line PT was done and it found that the A-phase secondary voltage was higher than the other two phases 0.84V.
