As one of the most important reliability, quartz crystal aging rate is a very important parameter, as the frequency components, the aging rate directly reflects the stability of quartz crystal. And the problem of the aging of quartz crystal oscillator is affected by many elements, how to stable and improve the aging rate target is a difficult problem for each manufacturer in the industry. This paper mainly discusses about the improving method of aging and introduces the on test of high vacuum annealing effect on the rate of aging.
