为了研究板翅式换热器芯体内的气流分布情况,对板翅式换热器封头和芯体整体进行建模,并分别采用多孔跳跃模型、多孔区域模型和多通道多孔区域模型等三种模型对换热器芯体进行简化处理,对比分析了各种模型的优劣。结果表明,多通道多孔区域模型最符合实际运行情况,并基于此模型计算分析了芯体高度对换热器气流分布的影响。

To investigate the flow distribution in the core of plate-fin heat exchanger,the method of computational fluid dynamics is used to build the whole model of head and core in the numerical calculation.In the calculation three models are respectively used to simplify the heat exchanger core body,such as porous jump model, porous zone model and multichannel porous zone model. The results showed that the multichannel porous zone model is most conforms to the actual operation situation, and based on this model the effect of the core body height to flow distribution is calculated.
