目的:评价超高速成像技术下测量的颈动脉脉搏波速度与年龄和性别相关性。方法:随机选取健康体检、无动脉粥样硬化危险因素的292名受试者,其中男性104名,年龄22~65岁,平均年龄(45.02±9.75)岁;女性188名,年龄22~62岁,平均年龄(47.63±10.50)岁。男性和女性受试者按年龄各分为22~39岁组、40~49岁组和50~65岁组。通过Aixplorer型超高速成像仪对其颈动脉脉搏波(PWV)进行测量。分别比较脉搏波收缩期开始[PWV(BS)]和收缩期结束[PWV(ES)]在两性别组间及同性别组内各年龄组间的差异。结果:在男性组和女性组中,ES在各年龄组间均有差异(男性F=12.18,P<0.05,女性F=5.815,P<0.05);随着年龄增长而增加,男性22~39岁组ES为(5.98±1.33)m/s,40~49岁组为(7.96±1.00)m/s,50~65岁组为(9.28±2.02) m/s;女性22~39岁组ES为(6.20±1.50 m/s,40~49岁组为(7.14±2.20)m/s,50~65岁组为(8.26±2.34)m/s;在男性组和女性组中其与年龄的相关系数有统计学意义(r=0.37,r=0.36;P<0.05)。BS在各年龄组间差异无统计学意义(男性F=1.41,P>0.05,女性F=0.14,P>0.05)。结论:超高速成像技术下测量颈动脉PWV中ES与年龄有明显相关性。

Objective: To evaluate the correlation of carotid artery PWV measured by ultrafast imaging with age and gender. Methods:To select people received physical examination in Beijing friendship hospital between June and August 2013 without atherosclerosis risk factors. A total of 292 cases were selected, among which 104 were male, aged 22 to 65 years, mean age (45.02±9.75) years old, and 188 were women, aged 22 to 62 years, mean age (47.63±10.50) years old. Male group and female group were divided into three groups, 22~39 group, 40~49 group and 50~65 group, respectively. To measure the carotid PWV (PWV in the beginning of the systolic, BS and PWV in the end of the systolic, ES) through Aixplorer? ultrafast imaging technology. BS and ES were compared between the gender groups and age groups separately. Results:In male and female, ES was different between the age groups (F=12.18, P<0.05 in male, F=5.815,P<0.05 in female), and increased with age. In male group, ES:22~39 group (5.98±1.33) m/s, 40~49 group (7.96±1.00) m/s, 50-65 group (9.28±2.02) m/s;In female group, ES:22~39 group (6.20±1.50) m/s, 40~49 group (7.14±2.20) m/s, 50~65group (8.26 ±2.34) m/s. The correlation coefficient of ES with age:0.37 in male, and 0.36 in female (P<0.05). BS has no statistical differences between different age groups (F=1.41, P>0.05in male, F=0.14, P>0.05in female). Conclusions:There is an obvious correlation of carotid artery PWV ES measured by ultrafast speed imaging between age.
