急性格林巴利综合征(GBS)又称急性炎性脱髓鞘性多发性神经炎,好发于老年人,主要损害多数脊神经根和周围神经,也常累及脑神经。临床上对格林巴利综合征按病情轻重分为7种类型。急性格林巴利综合征重症患者在神经内科病情稳定后即转入康复医学科,并在入住康复医学科的24小时内进行医疗、治疗、护理的整体评估,对及时了解患者的病情变化、预测疾病转归、制定康复治疗措施极为重要。本研究通过病例讨论的方式,来探讨急性GBS患者转入康复医学科的合适时机及注意事项,结果发现全面康复介入的最好时机在患者病情平稳以后,在急性进展期内以临床药物治疗为主,无论是急性期还是恢复期应动态监测肌电图等电生理指标变化。

Objective: Guillain-Barre Snydrome (GBS)is known as acute inflammatory demyelinating multiple neuritis. The disease occurs in older people, and it mainly hurt spinal nerve root and peripheral nerve damage, often involving the cranial nerves. Methods: There are 7 cilinical types according to the severity of this disease. Those people with acute GBS will be transited into rehabilitation therapy department when they are in stable situation. Results: During the first 24 hours in rehabilitation therapy department, they are treated by special evaluation and then given with a comprehensive therapy prescription. This article discussed the time when GBS persons should be transed into rehabilitation therapy department and precautions during this time. Conclusion: We discovered that once they are in stable situation, they should be treaded by comprehensive therapies. Drug treatment is mainly used in acute time, but we also should monitor physiological indicators such as EMG and so on whether in acute or stable time.
