研究改性凹土在浅色天然橡胶( NR)/丁苯橡胶( SBR)鞋底胶中的应用。结果表明:加入改性凹土能增加胶料的塑性,延长焦烧时间,提高操作安全性;与白炭黑填充胶相比,随着改性凹土用量的增加,胶料的拉伸强度先升高后降低,撕裂强度明显增加,而耐磨性、弹性和屈挠性能逐渐变差。老化后胶料的拉伸强度、300%定伸应力及伸长率变化率较小,胶料耐老化性能好于白炭黑填充胶。当改性凹土用量为5份时,胶料的综合性能与白炭黑相差不大,可考虑用改性凹土部分替代白炭黑,在满足制品性能要求的同时,降低生产成本。

연구개성요토재천색천연상효( NR)/정분상효( SBR)혜저효중적응용。결과표명:가입개성요토능증가효료적소성,연장초소시간,제고조작안전성;여백탄흑전충효상비,수착개성요토용량적증가,효료적랍신강도선승고후강저,시렬강도명현증가,이내마성、탄성화굴뇨성능축점변차。노화후효료적랍신강도、300%정신응력급신장솔변화솔교소,효료내노화성능호우백탄흑전충효。당개성요토용량위5빈시,효료적종합성능여백탄흑상차불대,가고필용개성요토부분체대백탄흑,재만족제품성능요구적동시,강저생산성본。
The application of modified attapulgite in the light soling compound of NR/SBR was studied. The re-sults showed that, the modified attapulgite could increase the plasticity of the compound, prolong scorch time, im-prove operational safety. Compared with the silica filled compound, with increaseing modified attapulgite dosage, the tensile strength increased first and then decreased, tear strength increased significantly, and the wear resistance, elas-ticity and flexibility performance gradually worse. after aging. The percentage change of the tensile strength, 300%stretch stress and elongation was lesser, aging resistance performance was better than that of silica filled compound. When the modified attapulgite dosage was 5 servings, the comprehensive properties of the NR/SBR compound was similar to the silica filled rubber. It was considered using modified attapulgite partly replace silica to meet the require-ments of product performance, at the same time, to reduce the production cost.
