采用高效液相色谱法,建立了祖师麻药材的HPLC特征图谱。色谱柱为C18(5μm:4.6 mm ×250 mm),以乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(9∶91)为流动相,流速0.9 mL/min,检测波长326 nm。特征图谱中有3个特征峰,以参照物祖师麻甲素的峰为S峰,其保留时间定为1,其他特征峰相对保留时间规定为:0.46(峰1)、0.79(峰2)、1.00(峰S)。经考察,所建立的祖师麻药材特征图谱耐用性较好,能很好的控制祖师麻药材的质量。

채용고효액상색보법,건립료조사마약재적HPLC특정도보。색보주위C18(5μm:4.6 mm ×250 mm),이을정-0.05%린산용액(9∶91)위류동상,류속0.9 mL/min,검측파장326 nm。특정도보중유3개특정봉,이삼조물조사마갑소적봉위S봉,기보류시간정위1,기타특정봉상대보류시간규정위:0.46(봉1)、0.79(봉2)、1.00(봉S)。경고찰,소건립적조사마약재특정도보내용성교호,능흔호적공제조사마약재적질량。
The characteristic spectrum of Zushima was extablished by High Performance Liquid Chromatography ( HPLC) . The method of High Performance Liquid Chromatography was carried out on a column of C18 , using the mo-bile phase of Acetonitrile–0. 05% Phosphate (9∶91) with a flow rate of 0. 9 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 326 nm. There were three characteristic peaks in characteristic spectra. Daphnetin’ s peak was reference and the retention time was one, other chaacteristic peaks relative retention time were:0. 46 (peak 1), 0. 79 (peak 2), 1. 00 ( peak S) . After inspection, the method had good durability, and could well to control the quality of Zushima.
