目的:探讨依达拉奉(MCI?186)对阿尔茨海默病(AD)模型大鼠行为学及其海马组织中核因子κB 亚基 p65亲和肽(nuclear factor?κB p65,NF?κBp65)、含半胱氨酸的天冬氨酸蛋白水解酶?3(cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase?3,Caspase?3)的影响。方法:将Wistar雄性大鼠以随机数字表法分为5组:正常对照组、模型组、假手术组和大、小剂量 MCI?186治疗组。利用Morris水迷宫实验,检测大鼠学习记忆能力水平的变化;采用免疫组化技术,检测大鼠海马组织中NF?κBp65、Caspase?3蛋白的表达。结果与结论:MCI?186可以改善AD模型大鼠的学习记忆能力,并可明显抑制大鼠神经元凋亡,同时对抑制大鼠海马组织中NF?κBp65、Caspase?3的表达均有显著作用。

목적:탐토의체랍봉(MCI?186)대아이자해묵병(AD)모형대서행위학급기해마조직중핵인자κB 아기 p65친화태(nuclear factor?κB p65,NF?κBp65)、함반광안산적천동안산단백수해매?3(cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase?3,Caspase?3)적영향。방법:장Wistar웅성대서이수궤수자표법분위5조:정상대조조、모형조、가수술조화대、소제량 MCI?186치료조。이용Morris수미궁실험,검측대서학습기억능력수평적변화;채용면역조화기술,검측대서해마조직중NF?κBp65、Caspase?3단백적표체。결과여결론:MCI?186가이개선AD모형대서적학습기억능력,병가명현억제대서신경원조망,동시대억제대서해마조직중NF?κBp65、Caspase?3적표체균유현저작용。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of edaravone on the ethology and the expression of NF?κBp65 and Caspase?3 in hippocampus in model rats with alzheimer disease. METHODS: Wistar male rats were randomly divided into five groups: normal control group, model group, sham group and high dose of MCI?186 group and low dose of MCI?186 group. Morris water maze was employed in detecting the change of rats? abilities in learning and memory and the immunohistochemical assay was performed to measure the expression of NF?κBp65 and Caspase?3 in hippocampus. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: Edaravone ( MCI?186 ) treatment significantly improved the learning and memory abilities of the rats with alzheimer?s disease ( AD ) , significantly inhibited both nerve cell apoptosis and the expression of NF?κBp65 and Caspase?3 .
