目的:探讨医疗领域三维打印技术的应用现状,确定技术应用重点和趋势。方法:通过分析相关专利数据,研究中国医疗领域三维打印技术的应用情况。结果:我国医疗领域三维打印技术增长较快,发展较好,国内专利申请占据数量优势。主要技术研发者以国内申请人为主,重点应用产品领域分别为植入性假体、组织工程支架、组织器官、给药系统、辅助用具及手术策划6个方向。结论:我国医疗领域三维打印技术应用发展迅速,技术研发者以高校科研机构为主,目前骨科和牙科是技术应用的重点领域。

Objective: Evaluating the tendency and major technical field of the application of three dimensional printing technology in Chinese medical apparatus. Methods:Investigating the application of Three dimensional printing technology in medical apparatus by analyzing the patent data. Result: The applications of three dimensional printing technology in medical apparatus rapidly increase recently. Most patents are applied by domestic applicant. The major application areas include implant, tissue engineering scaffold, artificial tissues and organs, drug delivery system and surgery assistant appliance. Conclusion:The three dimensional printing technology in medical apparatus is developing rapidly. Most of the techniques are owned by universities and research institutes. The implant and tissue engineering scaffolds are the major application fields.
