目的:为建立直接数字化X射线摄影(DDR)质量控制检测规范提供科学的评价方法。方法:通过检索国外文献和参考生产厂家相关信息,建立一套DDR性能测试和评价标准。结果:共检测17台DDR设备,其中国外设备7台,国内设备10台。每台DDR需要检测13项质量控制(QC)检测参数。能检测全部项目的国外设备5台(占71%)和国内设备6台(占60%),3个检测参数合格率较差,包括残影合格率为64.7%,响应均匀性合格率为76.5%和距离误差合格率为76.5%。结论:对所制定的13项检测参数的测量方法和评价标准恰当,而存在的主要问题是部分生产厂商缺少设备的必要功能,使检测项目不全,应引起厂商足够的重视,尽快加以完善。

Objective: To establish methods of specification of testing of quality control in direct digital radiography (DDR) system and a sets of scientific assessment standard. Methods:Based on conducted abroad literature search and referenced information from some manufacturers, it is established a sets of DDR performance measurements and assessment standards. Results: It is total 17 units of DDR from different manufacturers, including 7 foreign products and 10 home products . Each of DDR includes 13items of test parameter in which were all ested 5 units from abroad products (71%) and 6 units from home products (60%). There are 3 test paramenters with poorer pass rates, such as image retention is 64.7%pass rates, response uniformity are 76.5%pass rates and scaling errors are 76.5%pass rates. Conclusion:The 13 test paramenter with DDR were make an appropriate for the methods of measurements and the standards of assessment. A primary problem is the lack of one or several test paramenters for some of manufacturers. It was recommended them to improve this situation.
