针对传统加载系统加载精度低、不可旋转、制造困难等缺点,设计了一种空气主轴高精度加载系统。该系统具有主轴与轴套之间基本无摩擦力的特点,不仅可以提供较高加载能力,而且具有高旋转精度和加载精度,可连续变载。研究表明,该空气主轴加载系统在测量过程中加载平稳、顺畅,具有良好的稳定性和可重复性,完全满足高精度加载的使用要求。
針對傳統加載繫統加載精度低、不可鏇轉、製造睏難等缺點,設計瞭一種空氣主軸高精度加載繫統。該繫統具有主軸與軸套之間基本無摩抆力的特點,不僅可以提供較高加載能力,而且具有高鏇轉精度和加載精度,可連續變載。研究錶明,該空氣主軸加載繫統在測量過程中加載平穩、順暢,具有良好的穩定性和可重複性,完全滿足高精度加載的使用要求。

Aiming at the defect of traditional loading system,such as low load precision,being not able to circumrotate, difficult to manufacture,a kind of aerostatic pneumatic bearing for high precision load system is designed.There is nearly no friction between principal axis and shaft sleeve in this system.It is able to provide high loading ability,high circumrotated precision ability and changing load continuously.The research indicates that the high precision principal axis load system can load placidity and swimmingly,and has favorable stability and repeated.It can meet the demand for high precision load.
