目的:2种方法检测尿液红细胞的对比分析。方法:对25212例患者尿液标本用迪瑞FUS-2000全自动尿沉渣分析仪(简称FUS-2000)及显微镜分别进行红细胞( RBC)检测,用FUS-2000检测的每份标本均进行图像审核,记录图像审核前后RBC阳性例数。结果:FUS-2000检测RBC图像审核前阳性率48.5%,图像审核后阳性率20.8%,显微镜法检测阳性率20.3%;FUS-2000图像审核前与显微镜检查的符合率为71.8%,图像审核后与显微镜检查的符合率为99.4%。结论:受各种因素干扰,FUS-2000在检测RBC时必须进行图像审核以减少误判,但即使图像审核后也不能完全替代显微镜检查,对于异常难辨认的标本要以显微镜法进行确认。

목적:2충방법검측뇨액홍세포적대비분석。방법:대25212례환자뇨액표본용적서FUS-2000전자동뇨침사분석의(간칭FUS-2000)급현미경분별진행홍세포( RBC)검측,용FUS-2000검측적매빈표본균진행도상심핵,기록도상심핵전후RBC양성례수。결과:FUS-2000검측RBC도상심핵전양성솔48.5%,도상심핵후양성솔20.8%,현미경법검측양성솔20.3%;FUS-2000도상심핵전여현미경검사적부합솔위71.8%,도상심핵후여현미경검사적부합솔위99.4%。결론:수각충인소간우,FUS-2000재검측RBC시필수진행도상심핵이감소오판,단즉사도상심핵후야불능완전체대현미경검사,대우이상난변인적표본요이현미경법진행학인。
Objective:To evaluate contrast analysis of two different ways of erythrocyte testing in urine.Methods:A total of 25212 sam-ples were detected by FUS-2000 analyzer and microscope respectively to test erythrocyte .Every samples detected by FUS-2000 analyzer must be amended by image and erythrocyte positive results were counted before and after image amendment .Results:The positive rate was 48.5%and 20.8%before and after image amendment and The positive rate of microscope examination was 20.3%.Coincidence rate of image amendment and microscope examination was 99.4%,but this rate of non-amendment and microscope examination was 71.8%. Conclusion:The image amendment was necessary when erythrocyte detected by FUS-2000 because of many effect factors.And the manu-al microscopy should be used for abnormal illegible cases.
