Jiaji electroacupuncture%Peripheral nerve injury%Rehabilitation technique
目的:观察夹脊电针结合康复技术对下肢周围神经损伤的影响。方法:选取60例下肢周围神经损伤患者,按治疗的先后顺序随机分为夹脊电针结合康复组(A组)、电体针结合康复组(B组)、单纯康复组(C组),每组20例。基础治疗为神经营养药物。 A组为康复治疗+夹脊电针治疗;B组为康复治疗+电体针治疗;C组为单纯康复治疗。治疗前与治疗测定运动及感觉神经传导速度及肌电图作为疗效观察指标。结果:(1)3组患者治疗前后相比在运动及感觉神经传导速度及肌电图差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)治疗后,夹脊电针结合康复技术组优于其他2组,电体针结合康复组优于单纯康复组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:夹脊电针结合康复、电体针结合康复、康复技术均能改善下肢周围神经损伤的神经电生理情况,进而改善临床功能,并且夹脊电针结合康复疗效优于电体针结合康复及单纯康复方法。

목적:관찰협척전침결합강복기술대하지주위신경손상적영향。방법:선취60례하지주위신경손상환자,안치료적선후순서수궤분위협척전침결합강복조(A조)、전체침결합강복조(B조)、단순강복조(C조),매조20례。기출치료위신경영양약물。 A조위강복치료+협척전침치료;B조위강복치료+전체침치료;C조위단순강복치료。치료전여치료측정운동급감각신경전도속도급기전도작위료효관찰지표。결과:(1)3조환자치료전후상비재운동급감각신경전도속도급기전도차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05);(2)치료후,협척전침결합강복기술조우우기타2조,전체침결합강복조우우단순강복조,차이균구유통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론:협척전침결합강복、전체침결합강복、강복기술균능개선하지주위신경손상적신경전생리정황,진이개선림상공능,병차협척전침결합강복료효우우전체침결합강복급단순강복방법。
Objective:to observe effects on patients with lower limbs nerve injury was treated by jiaji electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation technique.Methods:60 patients with lower limbs nerve injury were randomly divided into three groups:jiaji electroacupunc-ture combined with rehabilitation technique group ( group A );electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation technique group ( group B) rehabilitation technique group ( group C) , there were 20 patients in each group.All patients were treated by neurotrophy medicine. Meanwhile, patients in group A were treated by jiaji electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation technique;patients in group B were treated by electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation technique, and patients in group C were treated by rehabilitation technique. Nerve conduction velocity and electromyogram were measured before and after 8 weeks treatment as therapeutic effect index.Results:After 8 weeks treatment, an improvement in nerve conduction velocity and electromyogram of patients in 3 groups compared with before treatment (p<0.05);the nerve conduction velocity and electromyogram of patients in group A were better than them in group B and group C (p<0.05).Conclusion:jiaji electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation technique, electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation tech-nique, rehabilitation technique can improve the never electrophysiology of patients with lower limbs nerve injury, further, increase their function.In addition, jiaji electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation technique is superior to electroacupuncture combined with re-habilitation technique and rehabilitation technique.
