針對軌道轉換車導嚮輪下沉的問題,在計算導嚮輪組件承受遲擊載荷的基礎上,分析瞭導嚮輪軸承失效機理,主要是由于軸承承受遲擊彎矩載荷,外圈擋邊磨損直至斷裂失效,併給齣瞭改進建議。

Aiming at the problem about sinking of the guide wheel for the orbital transfer vehicle,the failure mechanism for the guide wheel bearings are analyzed based on calculation of the impact load of the guide wheel assembly.The main reason is that bearings are subjected to impac bending load,and this causes outer ring rib wear and fracture failure.The suggestions for improvement are given.
