针对圆柱滚子轴承M,EM型保持架加工难度大、材料利用率低、工作过程中噪声和磨损较大的问题,设计了新的EM1型保持架。该结构将保持架的梁缩短,改为两“半保持架”结构,由于保持架不承受轴向力,将2个半保持架用3个及以上的圆柱销定位连接铆合成整体结构。3种结构保持架的工艺路线分析和有限元分析表明,改进的保持架不仅满足了轴承的性能要求,而且降低了加工难度和制造成本。

Aiming at the machining difficulty,low material utilization ratio,working noise and wear of the M and EM type cylindrical roller bearing cage,a new kind of EM1 type cage has been designed.This structure shortens the frame beam,divided into two "half cage".Since the cage doesn′t bear axial force,the frames are connected and riveted by three or more cylindrical pins into a whole structure.Through technology analysis and finite element analysis for the three kinds of cage structure,it is obvious that the improved cage not only meets the performance requirements of the bearing,but also reduces the processing difficulty and manufacturing cost.
