To develop students’ thinking skills ,the experiment on automated testing of voltage‐current characteristics of PN junction at different temperatures was set up .The students were re‐quired to test the temperature characteristics of a thermistor carefully ,use the thermistor to design temperature sensor to meet specific requirements ,and apply the design in automatic detection systems and other aspects .
