试验研究结果表明,钛合金材料具有优异的理化性能和耐腐蚀性能,可以用该材料制造油管和套管,满足高含硫油、气井的耐腐蚀要求,并具有低密度、高强度、成本低的优点。钛合金材料具有弹性模量低、散热系数小和表面易损伤的特性,为了提高油管和套管螺纹的强度和抗粘扣性能,提出了特殊螺纹的结构设计思路和表明强化处理工艺。钛合金油井管的研究与应用对我国深层油气的开发具有重要意义。

The test results indicated that titanium alloy with superior physical properties and corro-sion resistance,the tube and casing produced by titanium alloy will meet China's current high cor-rosion condition of corrosion resistant alloy material needs,and has the advantages of low density and high strength,relatively low cost.Titanium alloy material has the characteristics of low elastic modulus,coefficient of heat transfer and small surface damage,in order to improve the tubing and casing strength and anti galling performance,the writer had put forward the structure design of special thread and suggests strengthening process.Titanium alloy is a strategic new material sup-porting for oil and gas resource exploitation of China high corrosive environment and the deep oil and gas development.
