水力喷射压裂是集射孔、压裂、隔离一体化的新型增产改造技术,适用于低渗透油藏直井、水平井的增产改造,尤其适合薄互层、纵向多层、固井质量差易串槽井、套变井的改造。介绍了国内各油田和科研单位的水力喷射技术研制和应用情况。重点阐述了油管水力喷射技术和连续油管水力喷射技术。油管水力喷射技术有拖动管柱和不动管柱2种方式,连续油管水力喷射技术有管内加砂压裂和环空加砂压裂2种方式。针对水力喷射压裂技术,结合层间封隔器和滑套喷砂器,提出了1种层间封隔器封隔的多级水力喷射压裂不动管柱技术,适用于薄互层的多层压裂,压裂成功率高、易形成主裂缝,增产效果更好。

Hydraulic jetting fracturing is an innovative stimulation technology,which combines perforation,fracturing and segregated completion as a whole.This paper details the research and application situation of the hydraulic jet fracturing technology in Chinese oil fields and domestic scientific research institutes.The article expounds the tubing hydraulic jet technology and coiled tubing hydraulic jet technology.Tubing hydraulic jet technology has two methods,one is the dragged hydrojet fracturing and the other is fracturing without pulling string.The coiled tubing hydraulic jet technology also has two methods,one is intraductal sand fracturing and the other is annual sand fracturing.Based on the above hydraulic jet fracturing technologies and the combina-tion of inter-layer packers and Sliding sleeve sand jet,the article proposes a new fixed multi-stage hydraulic jet fracturing string which is isolated by inter-layer packers.The fracturing without pul-ling string can adapt to thin-bedded multi stage fracturing with a high success rate and is easy to form a main fracture with a better stimulation result.
